Refund & Cancellation Policy

How this applies

SaifTeq delivers custom software, AI integration, and business systems work as scoped, contracted engagements — not off-the-shelf products purchased on this site. Payment terms, milestones, cancellation notice, and any refund entitlements for a specific engagement are defined in that engagement's own signed agreement, which takes precedence over this page.

General principles

• Work already performed and delivered is not refundable.
• Any deposit or advance payment tied to work not yet started is refundable in full if the engagement is cancelled by either party before work begins, unless the signed agreement states otherwise.
• For milestone-based engagements, amounts invoiced for a completed and accepted milestone are not refundable; amounts paid for a milestone not yet started are handled per the cancellation terms above.
• Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to [email protected], referencing the engagement or invoice in question.

Products billed on a recurring basis

Where SaifTeq or a SaifTeq-operated product bills on a subscription basis, cancellation stops future billing from the next billing cycle onward; already-billed periods are not refunded except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.
